Agreement for the Development of the Durrat Al-Sadan Project – Jeddah

The Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Housing Company, Mr. Ihab Al-Hoshani, launched the latest urban community of the National Housing Company in Jeddah, “Al-Sadan Community.” The agreement was witnessed by Talad Real Estate Company as part of the company’s efforts to provide vibrant environments, elevate the concepts of quality of life, and offer diverse options that meet the aspirations of citizens.

The launch event was attended by the CEO of the National Housing Company, Eng. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati.

The Al-Sadan Community project in Jeddah is a partnership with the National Housing Company, covering an area of 262,200.68 square meters. It will provide 609 residential units of villas with various sizes and modern designs to meet the needs and desires of clients.
