Agreement for the implementation of infrastructure for the Al-Shorouq Plan – Al Madina

The company signed a contract with the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Agency of Lands and Technical Affairs, to carry out infrastructure works in the Al-Shorouq plan located on King Abdulaziz Road in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. The total value of the contract exceeds 237 million riyals and aims to provide 3,404 residential plots. The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, during his inspection visit to housing projects in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
